Pressure Relief Valve: 1/4” 200 PSI
1. Depressurize tank by opening air vent valve.
2. Screw funnel into water concentrate valve.
3. Pour foam concentrate into funnel.
4. Open water concentrate valve, foam concentrate should flow into tank.
5. Unscrew funnel and set aside.
6. Screw water flow meter into water concentrate valve.
7. Screw on garden hose to water flow meter/set water flow meter to zero.
8. Turn water on and fill to desired level/gallons.
9. Disconnect garden hose and water flow meter and screw in white protective cap.
10. Close vent valve and water concentrate valve.
11. Connect female air hose adapter to male air fill port.
12. Open air fill port valve and fill to desired PSI.
13. Close air fill port valve. System is now charged.
14. Make sure nozzle is in closed position. Deploy fire hose.
15. Open foam discharge valve to charge fire hose.
Charge tank to 175 PSI.
Fill tank with 15 gallons of water to 3 quarts of foam concentrate.
